One year old...

Little Miss Emy turned a year old in January!! It is so hard to believe she is already a year old, it seems like just yesterday I was at her house doing her newborn portraits, 37 weeks pregnant myself, and in awe of all of her dark dark hair! Here are a couple from her one year session:

Half a year already?!

Well, our little Mr. Jackson is already 6 months old! Remember that teeny tiny baby that lay sleeping in the bookshelf last fall? He's grown a ton since then, is sitting up, and blowing raspberries!! He is so much like his brother, he loves to make the sweetest most adorable faces at me when I don't have a camera, but as soon as I get the camera ready he stonewalls me ;). He just likes to make me work for every single shot of him so it's that much more rewarding in the end! Here is the little sweetheart!!









And I'm on my new computer which hasn't been calibrated yet, so if things look a bit funny they shouldn't for long =).

Happy Mother's Day!

Happy Mother's Day to all of the wonderful mothers out there! I hope you have an amazing day full of love and laughter. I am getting ready to head to lunch with my own mother, I just had to pop in and wish you all a very happy Mother's Day!

Also, there will be some business changes coming June 1. Session fees and print prices will be changing, there will be a few new options I haven't offered in the past, and galleries will only be online for 7 days. (Those of you who have already booked a summer session will not be affected by the price changes if you prefer the current pricing.) I just wanted to give everyone a little heads up!

And because I cannot post without pictures, here are a few of Little Miss Ryeligh! A few of you have told me you are having Ryeligh withdrawls, so here she is =). She's shaking her booty, laughing at me falling over, talking on her "phone" aka her hand, and just being her silly little self.















And to all of the photographers who have emailed me about my latest maternity session, they were all done in her home. Natural light, a large reflector, mostly with my 24-70L. The "white" background ones were all done in front of her sliding glass door. Hope that helps!

Pregnancy is such a beautiful time in life. I was honored to be able to capture Rachael's pregnancy this past weekend. She was absolutely glowing and up for anything so it made for a really fun session and some gorgeous images!! I know she is very anxious for her sneak peek, so here it is! I went a bit overboard again, but there are so many I just couldn't choose ;).

Gabriella - 6 Months

I had the honor of photographing Ms. Gabriella again! She has grown so much in the past three months, and even has just enough hair for a little bow!! She did an awesome job for her session, so this is going to be a large share ;). Her mommy and daddy even got in for a few images with her. I love photographing them as a family in their home. The love they share for their daughter and the special bond they have formed really shines through. Here are way more than I normally share because there are too many cute ones!
