Beautiful baby boy!

I was blessed to capture this little sweeties newborn portraits! He was seven days old in these. He was a trooper and slept so well in the beginning, but when he woke up he was up to stay! Three hours of awake time while I patiently waited for him to go back to sleep. He would fall asleep briefly, but as soon as his mommy laid him down he was back awake. Here are a few for a sneak peek, more to come soon!

Almost one...

I had the opportunity to photograph this little sweetheart last week! It threatened rain the entire time, but we lucked out. When I arrived she was as smiley as could be. Her mom told me she wasn't walking yet so I figured the session would be a piece of cake! Boy was I wrong ;). She is a very fast crawler and thought her ideas were more fun than mine!! She was so precious showing me she was turning "1" (see the photo below) and jabbering away the entire session. When she got tired she would put two fingers in her mouth and twirl her little pony tail.....TOO precious! Here is a BIG sneak peek for her mommy.

They're back!

Madison and Kayla had another session! I just LOVE these girls, I cannot get enough of them! Kayla is a year old now and is walking everywhere. She also made me work for every single picture I took of her! She would not sit in the grass so she spent her session on a cement pad or my reflector ;)! And Madison is such a little ball of energy! I just love everything about her personality, she is so amusing! She spent the entire session picking all sorts of flowers and dandelions. It sprinkled on and off through the entire sitting, and once I got back on the highway it POURED! Talk about good timing!

So big!

Here are Maeva and Trey! They have both grown so much in the past year, I cannot believe it! Maeva is one and walking, so we had a little tea party to get her to stay in one spot :). Here's a sneak peek!

New baby brother and big sister

I recently photographed 10 day old Anthony. I thought for sure he would be sleepy and curly and mom did everything to time it just right. As soon as she layed him down he was wide awake! And not just wide awake, but awake and making the silliest faces!! So I went outside and took a few of big sister Gianna while mom put Anthony back to sleep. She made the funniest faces, it was a riot!! Mom layed Anthony back down on the nice warm bean bag and I was ready to go to work. I snapped two pictures quickly to check the lighting after coming back indoor and was ready to start molding Anthony into position. He woke up again!!!! He would not stay asleep despite all of our tricks! I can tell he is going to keep mom on her toes ;).
