Meet Jackson! One of three newborns I photographed last week all born on February 10th! He was such a sweet little boy. He slept the entire two hours I was there for his session and didn't fuss once! His mommy told me he had a restless night the night before, so maybe that was the trick to get him sleeping so soundly for me ;o). Here are a few from his session! His mommy calls him her little "pea" so the pea pod was the perfect prop for his session :)

{New Website}

I just wanted to let everyone know my new website is live!! Please check it out! It still needs a little fine tuning, but it's up and functional. You will notice new options from my old site including all of my baby programs, and some product offerings under the investment section. I also wanted to let everyone know I will be leaving for Playa Del Carmen, Mexico Thursday for a destination shoot. {Twin Cities Maternity Photographer}

I had the opportunity to photograph this gorgeous mommy to be last week! She has two little ones already, an adoring husband, and the cutest dog, Honey all of whom graciously welcomed me into their home to capture her pregnancy before it's too late. She is going to be having a baby boy anytime in the next few weeks, and I am anxiously awaiting his arrival as well! Soon, you will be seeing his newborn portraits on here! Here are a few of my favorites so far.

Remember little Leon?! The adorable little baby in the peapod from about six months ago!

Well, I had the honor of seeing him again and capturing his six month portraits! He was so well behaved the entire session and was a bigger flirt than any man I've ever met ;o). He was a champ through four different outfit/background changes he didn't complain once! Here is a little sneak peek for his mommy and daddy!







My new portrait website is nearly complete! It should be online very soon. It even has a section to show some of my baby programs and specialty products! There is a new blog in the works and a new wedding website too. Hopefully by spring it will all be up and running!

Happy New Year {Minneapolis/St Paul Family Photographer}

Happy New Year to all of you! I hope 2010 finds you happy and healthy and ready to embrace the opportunities that will come your way this year. Here in Minnesota we have rung in the new year with some very cold and snowy days. I thought a post with some sunshine would help to cheer us all up :). This is one of my favorite families! I was blessed to be able to fly out to Clearwater, Florida and capture some family portraits on the beach for them. They now have an amazing wall collage full of gallery wrapped canvases and a metallic wrap that I am hoping to get pictures of very soon and show all of you! But for now here are just a couple of my favorites from their session!








I also wanted to let you know I am going to be hosting an event of mini sessions for Valentine's Day this month! They will be taking place either Sunday, January 17 or Sunday, January 24 at my home! Hello everyone! I know it feels like this blog is neglected, but I have SO many incredible sessions and weddings I will be able to share with you all winter long while things are a bit slower :).
