It's *almost* here!

It is so hard to believe Ryleigh is almost one! On Valentine's day my sweet precious baby girl will be an entire year old. I am in complete denial! The birthday party invitations are in and addressed, just waiting to be stamped and mailed. I have been accumulating decorations and ideas for her party. We are trying to find creative ways to celebrate her big day and incorporate Mady and Leighton. Here are a few from today in her birthday girl shirt!

Showing us she's turning "1":

Two more before she started making a run for it!

Mady grabbed a necklace thinking it would keep her still. Ryleigh tried to fit it over her head:

And of course it got stuck!

My daughter's name is also Ryleigh and she just turned 1 on January 9th. I was searching for a sight that I could use to show that the definition of her name means valiant, before she was born I found that name with that definition and after she was born I thought it was very fitting for her beginning as well,(You can read about it on our blog if you'd like :) mike-and-kristy.blogspot.com) needless to say I was happy to find your Ryleigh's story and I'm glad that she is doing so well.

Ok, I am just loving these--but I am a big Ryleigh fan. The one with the necklace on her head is my fave, I think. My birthday is on Valentine's Day, too! My mom always did a cake with the cinnamon hearts on the frosting. Is she walking yet??
