Where has the time gone?

I have had a nasty virus ever since returning from my vacation and have been trying to get caught up! I am almost there, so if you are waiting on something it won't be much longer!

I tried to take some holiday photos of Mady, Leighton and Ryleigh. I was just going to use pictures from earlier in the year for our cards, but though I would at least try and if I couldn't get any good ones at least I had something to fall back on. Well, they really made me work for a few mediocre portraits, but Mady was the most cooperative she has ever been! She begged me to curl her hair and the curls must have put her in model mode because she gave me almost 5 whole minutes of cooperation!! I downloaded the pictures last night and wondered "where has the time gone?" It seems like just yesterday my five year old was just a baby! Here are a couple of Mady. This is the first time I have done a studio shoot of all 3 kids so it was interesting!!

Perfect song to go along with your post. Now when do we get to see the whole family in a Christmas photo?

The lighting, coloring and poses in these are just wonderful! And she does look very grown-up in a sweet way in the first photo.

These are beautiful and what an awesome gift to have a cooperative kid lol! Were these using studio lights? I am just now starting to think about venturing in and have no idea where to start.
